The Delegation of the European Union and the EU Member States in Albania, together with the Government of the Republic of Albania, have prepared a program of celebration of the Europe Week 2018 from 6 to 13 May 2018 as the European Year of Cultural Heritage. The program consisted of numerous activities in various cities of Albania, during which the discussions with citizens, conferences on the integration of Albania into the EU, exhibitions and art installations, sport, film and musical programs were held.
On 6 May 2018 in Shkoder was held the Shkoder"s Festival of Flowers, recital the "Poetry of Flowers" in the Historical Museum "Oso Kuka" and Flowers Concert with young artists. On 7 May 2018, a dialogue on EU integration - "Exchange of views on Albania and the European Union" between Ambassadors and Students of the University of Shkoder was held in front of Shkoder Municipality, in which the Ambassador of Croatia also participated and talked about the Croatian path to the EU and the role of youth for the future of EU. The Ambassadors were also received by the Mayor of City of Shkoder Ms. Voltana Ademi.
