Ambassador Zlatko Kramarić and his associates visited Shkodra on Noveber 4
th 2022. Ambassador met with the Mayor of Shkoder Bardha Spahia, Rector of the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" Suzana Golemi and Archbishop of Shkodra Angela Massafra. In open talks current political, economic, educational and other various social topics were discussed. Special emphasis was placed on the possibilities of intensifying cooperation between the city of Shkodra and the relevant partners in the Republic of Croatia. In this context, the possibility of cooperation between the University of Shkodra and the University of Osijek was discussed in particular. In the conversation with the archbishop, the activities of the Catholic Church in Albania were discussed, with an emphasis on the Shkodra Archdiocese as its center. Both sides highlighted the deep and excellent ties between Catholic Churches in Croatia and Albania.
