At the initiative of the Embassy of Croatia in Seoul, following previous good cooperation, on 15 May 2026 a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia and the Korean National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA). Further to the instruction by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, the memorandum was signed on the Croatian side by Ambassador Dr Damir Kušen, and on the Korean side by the Chancellor of the KNDA Dr Choe Hyoung-chan.
