Meeting held on the establishment of a Croatian language lectorate at the University of Tirana

Today, a meeting was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Tirana with representatives of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the University of Tirana on the establishment of a Croatian language lectorate at the University of Tirana starting from the next academic year.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Mr. Zlatko Kramarić, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, and Ms. Esmeralda Kromidha, Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, together with her associates.
During the meeting, the necessary steps for establishing the lectorate were discussed. The text of the cooperation agreement between the University of Tirana and the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth of the Republic of Croatia, related to the establishment of the lectorate, has already been agreed and is expected to be signed soon.
It was emphasized that the establishment of the lectorate would significantly contribute to strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between the two countries, as well as to further connecting their institutions.
